Erin is a has had a successful career as an actress and model featuring in commercials for Qatar Airways, M & S, and Baileys. She is also a professional commercial dancer, touring the world with artists such as The Spice Girls, Take That, Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue.

Erin is also a fully qualified yoga teacher, teaching online, in London studios and around the world on retreats since 2018. She creates digital content in the wellness sector and is a brand ambassador for Nuzest protein and Universal Performance active wear where she creates monthly content. She has shot campaigns for yoga/fitness brands Sisterly, Gym + Coffee and has recorded meditations for travel brand GO Travel. Also collaborating with drinks brands Remedy drinks, London Nootropics, and Lab Tonica on her workshops and retreats.
